Here at Full Out Gym, we offer power training classes for all of our athletes who are interested in seeing a gain in absolute strength. Power training classes focus on the development of muscle through a combination of power-lifting and body-building exercises. Our power training classes have been specifically programmed to promote development in all major muscle groups, with focuses on the lower body, core and upper body. While we strive to bring our athletes the best results possible, our top priority is getting them there safely. And if you are a Crossfitter, good news! Many of our Crossfit athletes have benefited from these power training classes.
