Leah began her career athletic career as a high level competitive gymnast, until a back injury forced her to retire. She has coached gymnastics for 12 years and is happy to be using those skills in gymnastics classes at Full Out. She was also an NCAA collegiate springboard diver for her university. After college, she was happy to find CrossFit as a new and exciting way to maintain her love of sports and team training. Leah has her Level-1 CrossFit certification and has been coaching CrossFit since 2012.


Adam Townsend is USAW Club Coach, as well as CrossFit, Crossfit Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit Kids certified.
An East Coast transplant with over 20 years of experience in the field. Adam began weightlifting/bodybuilding at the age of 15 and personal training at 20.

When not coaching, he can be found avidly devouring books, websites and current publications concerning fitness, anatomy & physiology, and athletic conditioning.
